How do I cancel a payment request or mark it as paid?

You can cancel payment requests (or mark them as paid) from your Payments page. 

This comes in handy if you sent an accidental payment request, need to change the amount of the request, or you received a separate payment from your customer (e.g., if your customer paid you by cash or check).

If you have received a payment request from someone else in error, please contact the member who requested it directly to let her know so she can cancel the request, or forward the email to to get help from Pepperlane.
