Trouble logging in to Pepperlane
Note that Pepperlane members will now have two separate user accounts; one for accessing their Dashboard, online profile and messages (on pepperlane.co), and a second account for accessing Pathway content and managing billing information (on pathway.pepperlane.co)
It helps to use the same email address for both accounts to make sure all of your information stays in sync, but each account has its own separate password.
How to Reset your Password

If you're having trouble logging in to your Dashboard at Pepperlane.co, visit our login page and click "Forgot your password?"

"Invalid email or password" error
You may see this error if you...
Mistyped your email or password
If you try to log in and you see the error "Invalid email or password", it's possible that there's a typo in your email address, or you're trying to log in with a different email address than the one you used to sign up for Pepperlane. It's also possible that you mistyped or misremembered your password.
How to resolve: Search your email for a message from "email@example.com" to see which email account you used to sign up for Pepperlane. Then either try logging in again, or click the "forgot password" link on the Pepperlane Login screen, and check your email for a link to reset your password.
Created your account using Facebook or Google sign-in
You might also see this error if you created your account using Facebook or Google to log in, and now you're trying to access your account by signing in with your email address.
How to resolve:
If you suspect this might be the case, try logging in with Facebook or Google instead.
Mistyped your email when you first created your account
If you can't find any emails from firstname.lastname@example.org in your inbox, you may have mistyped your email address when you first signed up for Pepperlane.
How to resolve:
Please get in touch with us via email at email@example.com so we can help you correct your email address on file.
"You have to confirm your email address before continuing"
When you first sign up for Pepperlane, we send you an email that you need to click through in order to confirm that you have entered the correct email address. If you never clicked the "Confirm" button in this email, you'll get an error when you next attempt to log in.
You can request another copy of this email by clicking the link that says "Resend confirmation email" under the "Log In" button on the Pepperlane Login screen. (See screenshot below.)
Once you've received the email and clicked on the "Confirm" button in it, you should be good to go!
"Validation failed: Email has already been taken"
You'll see this error message if you try to create a new account using an email address that has already been used to create a Pepperlane account.
For example, if you create an account using your Gmail email address and a password, then try to log in using a Google or Facebook account that uses the same email address, you would get this error message.
How to resolve:
Usually this can be resolved by logging in using the original method you used to create your account (whether that is email, Facebook or Google) or by resetting your password on the Pepperlane Login screen.
